The water surrounds the land like a blue ribbon. That is the Baltic peninsula Schwansen, which protrudes into the Baltic Sea between Kiel and Flensburg. On the side facing the sea is the Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen, the picturesque, family-friendly holiday resort with a dreamily white Baltic Sea beach.

Schönhagen offers a very nice beach, good food and you can always walk along the beach to Weidefelder beach and on to Olpenitz. I really like the Novasol holiday village. If I did not live here, I would vacation there!

Schönhagen is a typical seaside resort. Many holiday homes u.a. very nice cottage by NOVASOL. Extremely beautiful and miles of trails always along the coast. Highly recommended for dog owners in the off-season.
