The Airport North Rd Southbound has a paved frontage rd that can be biked more safely, as the shoulder of the freeway can be too dangerous with dense, fast-moving traffic. Even there, it is safest to bike very early in the morning to have low traffic volume to deal with. The unpaved roads through the neighborhoods are currently still too rough and often flooded and interrupted to use by road bike.
