As part of the historic city wall of Radstadt, the Hexenturm protects the nice town center. It was built in 1526 - after the end of the Peasant Wars - as one of three towers (Teichturm, Hexenturm and Kapuzinerturm) by the defeated farmers and is now a listed building.
