The Aghia Kyriaki chapel dates from the 9th century with obvious remains of interesting frescoes. Unfortunately it was locked. There was not even a barred window that would have allowed an inside view.

The Church of Agia Khiyaki is a unique example of Byzantine church architecture and mural painting. The non-figurative decoration of the interior documents the Iconoclasm of the 8th/9th centuries. Those who look will find a peephole.
