From the Felsenkanzel you have a magnificent view along the Rhine direction Oberwesel and the Loreley rock. Not far away you will come to the almost 200 meters high Spitznack. Both vantage points offer magnificent views of the Middle Rhine Valley, which you can thoroughly enjoy during a break.

From here the view is very nice, the short descent is worthwhile and there is also a bench

The path marked "To the rock pulpit" leads to a first rock head. If you follow the narrow path to the left, you get further down to an even more distant vantage point with a bench.

A short steep descent leads to the actual rock pulpit. This short detour is definitely worth it. If you don't want to or can't go down to the rock pulpit, you can sit on the bench above the rock pulpit and enjoy the view from there.
