Nice little sandstone park. Also good with children possible.

A remarkable rock town in the easternmost region of the Bohemian Paradise. A romantic labyrinth of slender sandstone towers and pillars, platforms, ravines and ravines, with a dense network of marked hiking trails and numerous viewpoints from the rock formations.

The Prachovské skály ( German: Prachauer Felsen ) lie in the extreme east of the Český Ráj. The nature reserve can only be entered during the season for an entrance fee. Then it is really very crowded here.
The rocks are not as spectacular as those of Hrubá skála, but because they are very horizontally fissured, they are still impressive and, above all, beautiful.

Trosky is already impressively beautiful. However, you should visit this area better if in the Czech Republic are no holidays or holidays. Then it gets uncomfortably full. Otherwise, it is really great here.

Prachovské Rocks are popular with climbers and tourists. The most interesting formations are accessible along designated hiking trails. Prachovské Rocks are a state nature reserve and have been protected since 1933. Prachovské Rocks has two main circuits
The small circuit is 1.5 km long and you will see the Imperial Corridor and two viewpoints. This circuit is intended for less demanding tourists. The second route - the large circuit will take you to many attractive places in the area, you will see eight of the thirteen viewpoints. Get ready for more steep climbs and descents. Look forward to a viewing paradise
The first viewpoint in Prachovské Rocks after your entrance is called the Křižkovského sboru viewpoint and you can reach it after passing through Branka. From the height you will see, for example, Kumburk, the recreational area of Jinolické rybníky, the Tábor hill, Kozlov, Kozákov or Trosky. The Leaning Tower lookout is 422 m high and you will find the Vítkovu vyhlídka (Vítek's Lookout), which can be reached by stairs carved into the rock. In the center of the Prachovské Rocks is the Míru Lookout. The Hlaholská Lookout is located at a height of 460 m and is named after the Prague singing association Hlahol. On the Přivýšina hill you will find the Václav Čtvrtek Lookout and a magnificent view of the Tábor ridge, Zebín, Čeřovka, Velíšský ridge, Ostružno and Prachov.

Beautiful rock city with great views. If you are sure-footed, you should definitely take the paths with stairs through the rocks (green).

Magical like a fairytale – through the rocky gorges of the Prachovské Rocks
Those who enjoy hiking between enormous sandstone cliffs and constantly discovering new perspectives will not be disappointed here. The area is well-developed with various circular trails (short and long) – from easy walking paths to narrower crevices.
Tip: Arrive early, as it gets crowded after 10 a.m. – and the paths are sometimes narrow. Sturdy shoes are recommended, even though many of them are well-paved.

Entry fee (approx. 100 CZK), parking is available directly at the entrance.
