Newly built viewing platform on the Balver forest. the view ranges from the Schombergturm near Wildewiese to the Nordhelle near Herscheid.

The viewing platform, which was newly built in 2014 by the Balve department of the Sauerland Brothers Association, is 500 m above sea level. NN in the Balver forest. The magnificent viewpoint can be reached via the access road to the Sauerland forest route. This begins in Balve at the parking lot in front of the train station and is marked with a green W on a white background. Walking time from the parking lot approx. 60-75 minutes.
