This mill has a unique water supply: perpendicular to the channel and via an overhead chute made of granite sleepers forming a gutter and held together with iron keys.
The mill floor and its paving are preserved. A second cascading mill below is in ruins. The condition of the building helped determine the architectural basis for the restoration of the Augerolles mill. The roof was thatched. In the 1940s, during the Second World War, it was already in poor condition.translated by
