Nestled in the Itria Valley, in the Cisternino area, the Figazzano district is one of the most beautiful rural communities where the authenticity of ancient peasant culture is preserved. It's no coincidence that every year, local cuisine and traditions are celebrated here with the "Flavours of the Itria Valley" festival, an event organized and promoted by the Figazzano Cultural Association. The event features typical Apulian specialties, such as bombette (stuffed pasta), sausage, braciole (braciole) with ragù, and Itria Valley wines.
