"Porta Piccenne" in the Apulian dialect, or small door is one of the various access gates in the historic center of Cisternino. The ancient gate divides the "modern" part of the town, with the ancient, historical one, where everything is maintained as in the old days, the characteristic white houses, the beautiful churches, the squares and the narrow streets. Today Cisternino is one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" absolutely to visit!
