I hardly know of a more rustic place than this log cabin at the Haltern reservoir. So comfortably furnished, so well decorated (especially now in the Advent season). There are amazing drinks, great food. Simply good.

Makes fun in any weather. Great hiking trails and at Jupp the "sea dragon beer", very lecker.👍🏃🍺

Ambience hui, eat ... well, not pooh, but is just big kitchen meals like in a canteen. French fries and salad are quite good. Especially cool is the seat in the high barrel, but you should not speculate better and there are plenty of other original dining places.

A great beer garden !!! Hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists for everyone is here.
In the summer, but also in the cold season highly recommended.

After a round at the lake, or climbing in the trees, a nice destination to strengthen yourself. At the weekend it is quite full, but due to the location still a nice destination. The food is okay, but not outstanding.
