Panagia Spiliotissa (or Panagia Spilaiotissa) is a unique cave chapel located above the bay of Antri. It is actually a natural cave that has been sealed by a whitewashed wall with a door and window. It dates from the 17th century and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Panagia Spiliotissa translates to "Virgin Mary in the cave".
As it is a sealed cave, the facade from the outside gives the impression of a traditional small church.
