St. Michael's Church in Bad Brambach was consecrated in 1846. It was built in the Neo-Classical style and, with its 36-meter-high tower, dominates the town center. Many parts of the interior are older than the church's exterior; for example, the crucifix in the central aisle dates back to the previous church, which was destroyed in a fire in 1842. The altar and pulpit were purchased from the church in Marieney. The altar is a work by the Grüner woodcarver Simon Zeitler, dating from 1751. The three bronze bells from the Perner bell foundry in Passau, in contrast, are very new; they were consecrated in 2005. The old bells had to be taken out of service; they are now displayed on the south wall of the church and can be viewed there.
The church houses a slider-chest organ with two manuals and a pedalboard with 21 reeds.
