Hi Dikona, Bradford council have permitted access for cycling on Ilkley moor, it's outlined here:

People worked extremely hard to get this agreement in place so I would encourage absolute adherence to it. There's also some trail rules that are worth a read. ilkleymtb.co.uk/trailrules

I’m not sure when the path was laid as I returned here for the first time in years. However the path makes it very easy going and dry underfoot to speed up your route and make navigation of the bog easy

I believe that there is only one legal route on Ilkley moor, that is the bridleway up to the radio mast. Everything else is a footpath, so cannot be legally ridden!
