A fantastic hiking and cycling area is located in the Rüstjerforst forest near Helmste. The historic Milchbockweg trail runs through here. There are several parking areas directly on site and along the road; they are easy to spot. Rest areas and benches are also available. A hike or bike ride is highly recommended 👍🏻.
