Tips
The Nethestausee is located southwest of the village Neuenheerse and belongs to the recreation park of the same name.
The reservoir is easy to reach from Neuenheerse and Willebadessen. On the west bank, and above the weir runs a paved road. The western side of the lake borders on both agricultural land and green areas intended for lake use. The east side is accessed by hiking trails, dense mixed forest reaches here to the lake. The paths directly on the lake are closed to normal traffic. In the immediate vicinity of the reservoir is the Neuenheers sports field, which offers parking facilities.translated by
