Schwechat River

It's nice to cool your legs in the summer, some come here for a swim or a picnic.

09/10/2017 - There are places where you can cross the Schwechat with courage - see photo - there are also steps down to the water - you can then walk / run next to the Schwechat 😊👍

08/12/2017 - When the water is low, children can swim and romp around. But also nice for lovers and families: You can picnic or have a champagne breakfast here - everything has its charm.
Something else for cultural knowledge: The Schwechat is a 62 kilometer long river in eastern Lower Austria. It rises on the Schöpfl in the Vienna Woods, flows in an easterly direction, only gets its name shortly before Alland and flows into the Danube at Schwechat. 😊👍
