Tips
The present church, constructed of basalt stones and sandstone cornerstones, was built between 1890 and 1892. It stands on the site of a much smaller predecessor, from which a special relic has been preserved: the Boniface Stone dating from 750. In front of the church is the beautifully landscaped square under the linden tree with the old village fountain and various seating areas.
