This huge, paved and partly graveled open space is Auvers-le-Hamon-Platz in Sandkrug in the municipality of Hatten.
If there is no event taking place [*], you can park here in peace, saddle up your buck and cycle full of forest joy to the directly adjacent Osenberge and Barnführerholz. Alternatively, on the rare, busy days, further north down the main street at the train station, there is a small parking area.
