A beautiful bike path along the Stever, there are 1-2 underpasses, maybe it's better to push there so that you don't fall into the Stever ;O)

The Stever is an approximately 58 km[2] long, right-hand tributary of the Lippe in the North Rhine-Westphalian districts of Coesfeld, Unna and Recklinghausen. Their catchment area was the historic Stevergau, which together with the Dreigau formed the landscape of southern Münsterland.

Beautiful idyllic shore path. Not very wide, but still doable with a trailer or tricycle. With oncoming traffic you have to arrange something.
