Mountain biking
According to documented records, a castle existed in Oberdorf as early as 1424. Between 1505 and 1517, Prince-Bishop Heinrich von Lichtenau commissioned a new late Gothic building. It was significantly expanded in 1598 and 1599. This castle stood until 1722, when it was demolished and replaced by the present Baroque castle building by Prince-Bishop Alexander Sigismund, Count Palatine of the Rhine.
