The Escher Church was built in the 18th century and has been in its current form since 1786 at the latest. However, the baptismal font is dated to 1732, the altar plate to 1761, the organ from 1845. In the 1960s the church was renovated and the entrance was relocated.

Hiking

The Evangelical Church of Esch is a baroque hall church. It was completed in 1786 and replaced the previous building, from which furnishings such as the baptismal font and altar were taken. Inside it was aligned as a transverse church until 1962 and was only then converted to a longitudinal alignment. On the east side is an octagonal turret with tower clock and belfry. This in turn is completed by a bulbous hood with a lantern.
