Hiking
The Kronsbek is a small, natural stream east of Osdorf that flows into the southern Eckernförde Bay at the Aschau Lagoon.
Since a renaturation project in 2018, it has once again flowed in a near-natural bed with gravel, deadwood, and gentle shorelines – ideal for spawning grounds for native fish species.
In 2023, juvenile salmon and sea trout were discovered there, a truly sensational discovery: These are wild fish offspring that have reproduced naturally without any stocking – an impressive success in ecological water conservation.

Hiking
Numerous fruit trees have been planted along the beautiful hiking trail to promote biodiversity. True chamomile grows here, and you can distinguish its flowers from those of false chamomile by their hollow calyx.
