The magic lake in the Ebersberger Forest. It's small, surrounded by trees, and a small wooden walkway leads into the water. Fans call it idyllic. It's actually called Antoni-Weiher. But the Muggenthaler family from Markt Schwaben say magic lake. The reason: the then three-year-old daughter Emilya.
Father Kai Muggenthaler often goes to the Antoni-Weiher with his daughter Emilya. Once again they enjoy a picnic on the jetty, they feed the big carp. The girl suddenly cries out: there, in the water, a mermaid. With scales and fin. The Muggenthalers agreed: the lake must be enchanted. The name was born.
