Somewhat hidden within the flat-wave Lüneburg Heath, in the Harburg Mountains, the Hasselbrack is the highest natural elevation in Hamburg with an astonishing 116.2 m above sea level. NN.
The contact point for hikers and bikers is located on the southern border of Hamburg to Lower Saxony in the middle of the state forest Rosengarten in the Black Mountains (northern foothills of the Harburger mountains) in the south-southeast of the hamburg district Neugraben-Fischbek.
To marvel there is unfortunately no vision of the landscape at a short rest - but a Gemarkungsstein with inscription and wooden cross.

The highest mountain in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg is the Hasselbrack with a height of 116 m, which is located in the Black Mountains.
Due to environmental protection, there are no signs or markings on the way to get there. Rare birds breed here.
So if you want to go to the Hasselbrack, you should turn on Komoot or take a good map with a compass with you.bergwelten.com/t/w/18175
