At the edge of the path is a commemorative plaque and two benches to pause. Apparently, a farmer from Schottheide, on the way back from the Klever market, was robbed for a good deal. Pastor Gerd Siebers had the plaque put up and wrote the inscription on Platt.
For those who do not understand Cleefse Platt:
