Mountain biking
The first section is actually quite manageable for experienced bikers. As it progresses, there are a few rooty sections that aren't particularly easy to ride in wet conditions, but it's all doable.
A small but nicely constructed trail emerges from the forest with table-shaped berms...which are a hell of a lot of fun.
