R.K. Heilig Hart- or Paterskerk, built in 1897-1898 in neo-Gothic style and near the protected Augustinian monastery. This church of the Augustinian Fathers is best known for the blessing of Christ on the spire. “Jesus Daredevil,” they say in Eindhoven. The church is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical importance as a special expression of the development of Catholicism in the south, in particular the foundation of public monastery churches, and is also important as an example of the typological development of the monastery church.
