Hiking
Right next to the Hiepkenshof and a few steps from the Monshof on one side and the rectory on the other, you will find this chapel. It is a Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes. Christiaan Huypkens, a former resident of the court, had promised to have the chapel built because he had been exempted from military service (the compulsory military service from 1798 to 1898). He died before he had built it. His four brothers finished it. The construction date is 1918.
