Hiking
On your bottom or on hands and knees you can go steeply down the path to the riverbank opposite the waterfall. At low tide you can easily cross to the waterfall. If you can't do that or don't want to descend steeply, then you can continue along the path to the wooden bridge/deck over the river and walk a bit back to the waterfall on the other side.
