The new, over four-kilometer-long MTB Flow Trail "MEX - Line 1" extends from the Gmanberg at 1,044 meters altitude to Tröpolach at 614 meters. Created as a flow trail you can have fun here as an experienced biker, but especially as a beginner: Everything is built so that you can roll down easily and with lots of flow. So perfect to be in the alpine bike sport. Fun for every driver level!

Smooth as a baby-Popo, various riparian ramps and humps, well controlled depending on speed to drive through. Different sectors, in my opinion, rising in difficulty. I'll be fine again. Beginner? Rather under instruction and experience in the field ....

In and of itself a great idea, but with poor execution. Unfortunately!
Very slippery surface, ded is not very well set. Very high risk of falling

Very nicely developed trail - very easy to ride and also suitable for beginners.
Tip for the high season: drive in the morning before 9am - the gondola is not yet in operation and you have the trail to yourself (of course you have to step up yourself ;-))

Scenic trail, but very loose surface, high risk of falling

Isn't too demanding. Can be driven very smoothly. Not as flowing as the blue / red trails in Saalbach / Hinterglemm. Sometimes I found the ground rather slippery (in dry conditions). There is a small counter climb halfway down the trail.Otherwise we rode the "Easy Way (blue)" and "Livio (red)" trails. For me, Livio was very technical and blocked. Easy Way was very poorly signposted in the lower part and difficult to find. The trail concept on Nassfeld (natural) seems to me to be completely different from that in Saalbach-Hinterglemm (almost everything built). Only the MEX-Line is an exception here.

.... great descent - but you shouldn't overestimate your fitness!
