Mountain biking
The Neu Possigkau settlement was founded in 1788 in the fields of Possigkau and was a part of it until 1945. Although the village was predominantly Czech speaking, it was annexed to Germany in 1938. During the liberation of Díly by the American 90th Infantry Division on May 1, 1945, a jeep drove over a mine laid by German soldiers, killing seven US soldiers. Until 1952 the village bore the Czech name Nový Postřekov.
