Just below the summit of the Sorell climb, on the Pego side, one of the region’s most stunning panoramas opens up. To your right, the shimmering Mediterranean Sea stretches out beyond the vast Marjal de Pego-Oliva wetlands — a patchwork of reed beds, rice fields, and winding waterways. To your left, the rugged peaks of the Vall d’Ebo and Vall de Gallinera rise steeply, wild and untamed.

The contrast between the flat, green wetlands and the dramatic mountain ranges makes this viewpoint truly special. Especially during early morning or late afternoon, the light casts a magical glow over the landscape.
