Berggaststätte Jenneralm

You can fortify yourself well in the Jenneralm mountain restaurant. There is a very large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and great views.

The path is really fun and constantly opens up new beautiful views along the way.

From here it is not far to the summit of Jenners! You should already have good footwear!

From the mountain station of the Jennerbahn it is a 15-minute walk uphill to the summit cross. The climb is definitely worth it. The view is breathtaking.

The view of the Königssee is fantastic.

From here there is a 1 A view over the Königssee.

The Berggaststätte Jennerbahn will be demolished in 2017 and should be reopened in 2018.

Good place to stop for a break. Great look down. If you walk up the steps about 500m further from the Alm, you come to a plateau with a view of the Königssee. And up one more flight of stairs, you come to the summit cross.

From the terrace you have a great panoramic view.

There is an excellent hike from the middle station to the mountain station and the view from Jenner is not to be missed. I love this hiking area. Views in all directions, and with a little luck you can trudge up in the snow in November. We enjoyed it very much.
