It's worth walking a few meters further along the rocky path from the summit cross (easily accessible). Great views.

When we arrived at the Kehlsteinhaus, there were unfortunately still clouds over the valley. After a break and a bit of walking around to the summit cross and the actual summit, which is higher up, the clouds fortunately cleared and we were able to see the Königssee from above. Very beautiful :)
