One of the first structures was a water tower, because at that time it was very important to supply water to steam locomotives. It is a compact, two-storey building with an elongated octagonal plan and an octagonal pyramid-shaped gable roof and skylights. Its purpose is only technical. Now the "Water Tower" bar is located here.
