The Catholic parish church of St. Vitus in Langweid am Lech, a municipality in the district of Augsburg in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia, is at its core a medieval chapel tower church, which was replaced in the second half of the 18th century by an early neoclassical new building. Patron saint of the church is St. Vitus, one of the fourteen helpers.

Between 1776 and 1777, a new building was constructed in the early neoclassical style under the direction of the prince-bishop's court architect Johann Martin Pentenrieder, which involved the extensive demolition of the previous building. Only the square tower substructure and the nave foundations were retained from the old church.
