Mountain Biking Highlight
Here the Mosel flows into the Rhine. The Deutsches Eck was once artificially heaped up and with the Kaiser Wilhelm monument to the landmark of Koblenz - in memory of the German Reich founding in 1871. Here, of course, always busy, but if you're in Koblenz, a short stop at the German Eck is easy to. :)

History is just beautiful in this place. The location of the monument is just great and you can eat and drink a snack here. On the banks of the Rhine, kiosks not only offer tickets for boat trips, but also food and drinks.

If you are in Koblenz, you must have seen the confluence of the Moselle and the Rhine. The monument belongs to the magnificent monuments together with the Kyffhäuser and consorts.

Deutsches Eck in Koblenz, the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers and the Kaiser Wilhelm monument, should definitely be seen

Hard to believe, so I copy my text from the weekend into here 🤢
Everything is already written about the Deutsches Eck, so nothing from me ;-)
One thing has to be said, it's annoying to have already been there and to get this highlight displayed at the end of your tour, sometimes months later, to be asked for an evaluation, even though you have already done this 10 times (well, three times for sure) .
Whereby, I can't say and therefore don't want to offend the creator of this highlight, who created the first highlight here. So, I'm done.

The Deutsches Eck received its name from the settlement of the Teutonic Order at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers in 1216. From 1953-1990 it was considered a "memorial to German unity".
