Hanover Tramway Museum

The world of experience “Mobile Worlds” is a project on the subject of mobility. In addition to the existing tram museum, various exhibitions on mobility on the road, rail and in the air are being created here on the initiative of a development association.

The EU has funded the construction of the new hall for the “Hanover Tram Museum”.

The Hannoversche Straßenbahn-Museum (HSM) is a museum for trams and related vehicles in Wehmingen, a district of Sehnde southeast of Hannover. The museum is privately sponsored and through voluntary work by the association Hannoversche Tram Museum e. V. operated. Location is the site of the former potash mine Hohenfels in Wehmingen.
