The Weisachsee in the market town of Uehlfeld was built decades ago together with the administrative district Neustadt a.d.Aisch-Bad Windsheim. He serves as a recreational facility. An adventure path, a small sandy beach and a newly built Kneipp pool enrich this waters, where you can also swim.
The lake nestles idyllically in the foothills of the Steigerwald west of Schornweisach. In the district there are the Dekantatsjugendheim and a campsite of the deanery in the immediate vicinity of the lake.
