It runs through peaceful forested areas and past lakes, making it a relaxing route for cyclists who enjoy nature and quiet countryside landscapes. Along the way, you can stop at the historic Kanavansuu canal, part of the Saimaa Canal system. The road has light traffic and is paved, but some side paths may be gravel, so a trekking or cross bike is ideal. Bring water and snacks, as services are limited along the route.
