Mountain biking

The "Holy Cross Church", located at 2,045 meters at the foot of the eponymous mountain in the Fanes Senes Prags Nature Park, was built around 1484 on the commission of Bishop Konrad of Bressanone. Over the years, the small chapel has become a popular destination for many pilgrims. In the first half of the seventeenth century the chapel was enlarged and a bell tower was added. In 1718 a small house was built for the sexton and a hospice for the pilgrims.
