The former synagogue Wiesenfeld was built in 1862 and first renovated in 1929. The desecration in Pogromnacht 1938 and the abduction of the last 33 Jewish citizens in 1942 in the concentration camps of Lublin and Theresienstadt meant the end of the Jewish community Wiesenfeld. Today, the synagogue, restored in 1997, serves as a venue for cultural events and exhibitions.
