You can get under the bridge both from the Vistula side and by going down the appropriate connecting bridges from the Miedzyszyński Wał side. There, you will find not only a plank crossing on the Nowa Ulga canal, but also some really nice graffiti on practically all the pillars. An additional attraction is a really nice view of the bridge itself from the less used side ;-)
