The freestanding, two-story, clinker-clad, historicist Wilhelminian-era post office building, with its dominant side risalit as a stepped gable and its east gable with plaster panels, was built at the end of the 19th century by the Imperial Post Office. The Pomeranian griffin coat of arms adorns the gable.
