Himmelfahrtsrunde „M-Gruppe“
Die Chapel im Augsburger Stadtteil Pfersee-Süd ist eine kleine, ehemalige Kirche auf dem Gelände der früheren Sheridan-Kaserne, die zu Beginn der 1950er Jahre vom US-amerikanischen Militär errichtet wurde.

Via Baltica 24, Damme - Rulle
Seit Ende der 1980er Jahre werden intensive archäologische Ausgrabungen in der Fundregion Kalkriese am Wiehengebirge im Osnabrücker Land durchgeführt, die den Ort zu einem Favoriten in der Diskussion als Stätte der Varusschlacht machten. Am Ort wurde das Museum und Park Kalkriese errichtet.

Via Baltica 23, Vechta - Damme
Die Benediktiner haben mit großem Engagement das Kloster in Damme aufgebaut und betrieben, aber in einem zweijährigen intensiven Gesprächsprozess innerhalb der Gemeinschaft hat sich gezeigt, dass die großen Investitionen für dringend notwendige Baumaßnahmen in keinem Verhältnis stehen zur personellen Situation in Damme.

In Gräfenhausen, the bridge over the Klosterbach is closed. The boring 5km detour is only on the asphalted country road. The forests around Wildeshausen make up for it in the end. Meet the only pilgrim in 5 days on the way.

In glorious weather, the route starts from the city center and follows the Weser River for kilometers. After more than 28 km, the pilgrim reaches the Hohe Berg with its 58.5m. To the north, the large city of Bremen is clearly visible.

In Otterstedt there is a pretty community hall where I was warmly welcomed. A few meters further on, the village still has a well-stocked village shop. In the theatre room, the guitar group rehearsed some pieces for their performance at the May festival. There is still real village life here.

Via Romea Germanica - 1.Etappe Stade-Bohnste
Die Via Romea Germanica ist ein historischer Pilgerweg, der von Stade in Norddeutschland über Österreich nach Rom führt.. Die Gesamtstrecke ist ca. 2.200 Kilometer lang und durchquert Deutschland, Österreich und Italien.
Ursprung: Der Weg ist nach Abt Albert von Stade benannt, der ihn 1236 auf seiner Pilgerreise beschrieb.

The Way of St. James and the Via Romea run together here for almost 2 stages through the lower Elbland.
