Both known as Sass da Cagn (Sasso di Cagno) and Sass da la Prea (Sasso della Pietra), it is a sandstone offshoot that emerges on the right orographic side of the Renone, a torrent that flows into the valley between Cagno and Caversaccio, a tributary of the Lanza.
