This is a cool avenue, both because of the shade and of course the ice creams!
Ice creams have been sold in the Lekdreef since 1928.
Averbode has been a popular place of pilgrimage since time immemorial. The abbey was also the last stop before the basilica of Scherpenheuvel.
Now tell me, on the way to (doesn't matter where) and you need sugars...
So 'DON'T FORGET TO EAT ICE CREAM'.
