The cemetery in Paportno is a remnant of the now-defunct village of Paportno, located south of Kalwaria Pacławska. The village was first mentioned in 1444 and belonged to the Dobromil demesne until 1693. At that time, it became the property of the Płock voivode Jan Dobrogost Krasiński, who established a Greek Catholic parish there, replacing the previous Orthodox one.
