Tips

Watch the descent before the climb as bumpy on a road bike. The climb itself is narrow so keep an eye on your back and cars

nice to consider your mortality when whizzing over the gravel at the bottom! eek!

There's a little monument at the side of the road to a cyclist who died a few years ago.

    Great decent or killer assent.

The descent before the Beddlestead climb is one to take easy (even though you can see the climb approaching!), always seems to be gravelly at the bottom so take is gently.

One of the my favourite roads in Surrey. Nice descent, narrow and fast but watch out for bikers or cars coming other direction as bushes are grown and you can’t see much. Past the moment is the nice, long, not that steep climb. Just turn around as behind you are brilliant views over the fields
